This is not the first time that the Duncan's home on Carney Ave. has been remodeled. Their home is known as the old Kleinschmidt house because Armin Kleinschmidt built it around 1927. There is no relation between Armin Kleinschmidt and KCI but it is interesting to come across the name since it is uncommon for this area. For this job KCI is going to remove the existing garage and family room. In place there will be a new family room and garage which includes laundry room. There will also be extensive remodeling done to the kitchen. KCI started work around mid May and has a completion goal of September.
